The International Air Transport Association (IATA) is collaborating with Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University – Worldwide (ERAU) to launch the Master of Business Administration in Aviation (MBAA).

Announcing the launch of the course, IATA said in a press release that the jointly developed curriculum aligns with IATA’s expertise in aviation management as well as the university’s modular degree program. .
The program is built through three blocks that consist of 36 credit hours, where students can learn about the application of modern business concepts, methods, and tools to challenges and other issues related to the aviation industry .
According to the statement, during the first block of the virtual program, students will learn the importance of creating high-reliability organizations, while the second block will focus on crucial business activities and its structure is built through industry input. of aviation on how to provide students with the necessary skills that can help them succeed in their careers.
In addition, the third block consists of an aeronautical specialization in commercial management.
